Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for compact and economy vehicle groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for standard vehicle groups is EUR 1500.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover up to EUR 50,000 for personal injuries and material damages.
Insurance Coverage
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included.
If the customer uses his/her own CDW coverage, the customer will be liable to pay the damage amount at the rental desk and they will claim the refund from their insurance card company by themself.
Customer can use his credit card insurance, the following credit cards Master card, Visa and American Express are accepted. The card must be "embossed" card.
If you do not comply with the insurance requirements of the supplier OR your credit card coverage is not enough / does not provide coverage for the rented vehicle, it is mandatory to purchase insurance at the rental desk in order to rent the vehicle.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW is EUR 17 per day for all vehicle groups.
If renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit of EUR 200 will be blocked on the credit card.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 22 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 3 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
At the time of vehicle pick up the following documents are mandatory to present at the rental desk: valid driver's license, identity document and credit card.
Fees
Airport surcharge of EUR 20 will apply.
Other fees:
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
Breakdown Assistance
The assistance service is totally free (such as battery switch, car exchange). However, the puncture of the wheels is at the expense of the customer.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods
Only Amex, Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash, pre-paid cards and Debit Card are not accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 1200 to EUR 1500 (depending on the vehicle group) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
Up to 3 hours grace period is free of charge. After 3 hours vehicle will be provided if available.
for vehicle return:
Up to 1 hour grace period is available. After 1 hour extra day charge will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
